The RBFA Method™ is our signature, step-by-step approach to helping you:

We don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions. Instead, we provide a structured wellness framework designed to support your body’s natural ability to reset, repair, and realign.

WHAT IS THE RBFA METHOD™?

 1. Brain Training 

We begin with your brain, because it sets the tone for everything else in your body.

Tools may include:

  • Neurofeedback to support self-regulation and flexibility in the nervous system
     
  • Simple breathwork and relaxation cues to encourage deeper, calmer breathing
     
  • A calming environment that signals “you are safe” to your brain and body
     

Why it matters:
When your nervous system is calmer, your breathing deepens, muscles relax, and sleep can improve. This creates a supportive foundation for lymphatic flow, immune balance, and emotional resilience.


2. Body Therapies

Next, we support circulation, tissue health, and lymph movement through targeted body-based therapies.

Depending on your plan, this may include:

  • Red light therapy with our professional units, to support cellular function and micro-circulation
     
  • Infrared sauna to gently encourage circulation and sweating
     
  • Fascia rolling, vibration, or gentle movement to release tension and encourage fluid flow
     
  • Light mobility work to wake up muscles and joints
     

Why it matters:
Your lymphatic system doesn’t have a “heart” to pump it. It depends on movement, muscle activity, breath, light, and heat. By combining these thoughtfully, we support your body’s natural drainage and “un-stuck” feeling.
